(1) Every woman shall have equal hereditary rights without gender discrimination.
(2) Every woman shall have the right to safe maternal and reproductive health (3) Physical, mental, sexual, psychological or any other kind of violence or exploitation shall not be done against women on the basis of religious, social, cultural tradition, custom or any other basis. Such action will be punishable according to the law and the victim will be entitled to compensation according to the law.
(4) Women will have the right to participate in all state bodies based on the principle of proportional inclusion.
(5) Women will have the right to receive special opportunities based on positive discrimination in education, health, employment and social security.
(6) The couple will have equal rights in property and family matters.
